Tracking Pending Users

Socialcast keeps track of pending users so the community administrator can assist people who lose their invitations or can’t use the supplied link. There are two types of users who may be pending:

View Pending Invitations

Location: Admin Settings > Community Management > User Management > Pending Invitations Pending Invitations  

Pending Invitations – Resend Invitations

Location: Admin Settings > Community Management > User Management > Pending Invitations > Actions > Resend You can send multiple invitations by selecting multiple individuals and clicking the Resend Selected Invitations button. Or, you can resend an invitation to a single individual by selecting Resend from the gear icon drop-down in the Actions column.                                                 Resend Multiple pending Invitations  

Pending Invitations – Cancel Invitation

Location: Admin Settings > Community Management > User Management > Pending Invitations > Actions > Cancel To cancel the invitation for an individual, select Cancel from the gear icon drop-down in the Actions column. Cancel Pending Invitations  

 View Pending Activations

Location: Admin Settings > Community Management > User Management > Users > Filter: Pending Activation Filter Pending Activation                 After the Pending Activation Filter has been selected, the list includes only those users who are Pending Activation: Pending Activation List

Pending Activations – Resend Activation Email

Location: Admin Settings > Community Management > User Management > Users > Filter: Pending Activation > Actions > Send Activation Email Resend Activation Email
