Supported Browsers and Mobile Devices

Socialcast can be accessed using the following browsers and mobile devices.

For optimal experience, we recommend using the latest version of the browsers we support.

Supported Mobile Devices

Due to the recent Socialcast End-of-Life announcement and low mobile app usage, we will be ending support for the Socialcast iOS and Android mobile apps. The Socialcast mobile apps will not work with mobile devices running on iOS 12 or Android P and will be removed from their respective app stores. Users can continue accessing Socialcast through a mobile web browser.  

 

Note: To learn how to configure the apps specific to your community, go to your community Apps page found in the gear setting at the top right corner. Your community may restrict usage of these apps. Please check in with your Community Administrator to enable apps.
