Supported Browsers and Mobile Devices

Socialcast can be accessed using the following browsers and mobile devices.

Supported Browsers

For optimal experience, we recommend using the latest version of the browsers we support. Mac OS platforms:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
Microsoft Windows platforms:
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later

Supported Mobile Devices

Socialcast Mobile apps can be used on the following mobile devices. Apple mobile devices on iOS 8.0 or later:
  • Compatible with iPhone and ┬áiPad
Android mobile devices on version 4.4 or later:
  • Compatible with Android Phone
Windows Phone 8 or later
  • NOTE: The Socialcast Windows Phone app will not support the new redesign launching July 21, 2016 for new customers. Existing customers can continue using the Windows Phone app until their communities switch over the new user interface later this year. At that point, Socialcast will discontinue support of the Windows Phone app. We appreciate your understanding with this decision as it will allow us to focus more resources on our apps development across the most highly used platforms.
